These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and topup77 ("topup77", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your registration, access, and use of all products and services available at topup77.cam, including online casino games, sports betting, lottery, live dealer services, and any promotional features.

By creating an account, accessing any part of the topup77 platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any supplementary rules, game-specific rules, or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service on topup77.cam. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

The topup77 website at topup77.cam, including all sub-pages, services, tools, games, and associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

A registered player account created by an individual user in accordance with the registration requirements set out in these Terms.

The total funds held in a player's Account, comprising deposited funds and bonus funds (where applicable) as displayed within the Account dashboard.

Any credits awarded by topup77 pursuant to a promotion, welcome offer, reload bonus, cashback, free spin conversion, or other incentive scheme. Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements and conditions of the applicable promotion.

The identity and address verification process required of all players prior to withdrawal of funds, involving submission of government-issued identification and proof of address documents.

The number of times a player must wager a specified amount (typically the bonus amount or bonus plus deposit) before withdrawing funds derived from a bonus. Expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 15x, 20x).

A voluntary programme allowing a player to restrict or permanently close their Account for responsible gambling purposes, as further described in Section 11 of these Terms.

Any country or territory from which access to the topup77 platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law or by topup77's licensing conditions. A current list is available upon request from player support.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on topup77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. Participation by individuals under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept personal responsibility for verifying the legality of your participation.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of topup77 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or licensed partners.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from participating in gambling activities.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are registering and using the Account solely for your own personal recreation and entertainment, and not on behalf of any third party.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on topup77 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

topup77 is required to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) obligations under its international gaming licence. As part of this obligation, topup77 requires all players to complete identity verification (KYC) prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in some cases, at the point of registration or upon reaching specified deposit thresholds.

Acceptable identity documents for Malaysian players include:

• MyKad (Malaysian National Identity Card) — front and back
• Valid Malaysian or International Passport — photo page
• Malaysian Driver's Licence (in combination with another document)

Acceptable proof of address documents (issued within three months of submission) include:

• Utility bill (electricity, water, gas) in your name

topup77 targets a KYC review turnaround of 24 to 48 business hours from the time of document submission. topup77 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the submitted documents are unclear, inconsistent, or raise compliance concerns.

topup77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to the minimum and maximum limits applicable at the time of the transaction:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — minimum RM 50, maximum RM 10,000 per transaction
• Boost eWallet — minimum RM 50, maximum RM 8,000 per transaction
• GrabPay — minimum RM 50, maximum RM 5,000 per transaction
• DuitNow QR / DuitNow Transfer — minimum RM 50, maximum RM 50,000 per transaction
• FPX Online Banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and others) — minimum RM 100, maximum RM 500,000 per transaction
• USDT TRC20 / Bitcoin (BTC) — minimum equivalent of USDT 20; network fees apply

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The player's Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the first withdrawal.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable withdrawal limits.
• Withdrawal funds must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless topup77 approves an alternative arrangement in writing.
• The Account must be in good standing with no active disputes, fraud flags, or compliance investigations.

All promotions, bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives made available on topup77 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

All games on topup77 are supplied by licensed game providers operating certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the relevant RNG and are not influenced by topup77 or the player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the topup77 platform. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access, play, or interact with any part of the platform without the express written consent of topup77.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion, court order, or regulatory restriction prohibiting gambling participation.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deception in relation to your identity, payment methods, or account activity.
• Attempting to exploit known software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Interfering with or disrupting the platform's technical infrastructure.

topup77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players through their Account settings or by contacting player support:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration). During a cooling-off period, the player may not deposit, wager, or access gambling features.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Permanently self-excluded players will not receive promotional communications and may not create new accounts. Any attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by registering a new account constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Reality Check Reminders: Players may activate session time alerts to monitor how long they have been playing.

All content on the topup77 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, website design, graphics, text, logos, game assets, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of topup77 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of topup77.

Game content is provided under licence from third-party game providers. All trademarks, brand names, and proprietary marks appearing on the platform belong to their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, topup77, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
• Loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or causes beyond topup77's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by the gross negligence of topup77 or its employees, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

topup77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• topup77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct.
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The player is accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or commercial risk to topup77.

Upon closure of an Account for a material breach, topup77 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is identified, verifiable deposited funds (net of any outstanding bonus liabilities) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting player support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days. Outstanding wagering requirements associated with active bonuses are voided upon closure, and bonus-derived funds will not be paid out.

topup77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, topup77 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address associated with the Account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendments, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure before the amended Terms take effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which topup77 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it may be referred to arbitration or mediation as specified in topup77's dispute resolution procedure, a copy of which is available from player support upon request.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Malaysia or your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
